Eagle Valley Children's Home is a residential alternative for persons with mental retardation and developmental disabilites.

Admission to Eagle Valley Children's Home is accomplished through an application and assessment process to certify the person’s need of, and ability to benefit from, active treatment.

You are welcome to visit our facility and complete the Placement Application to be considered and/or be placed on our waiting list.
